Yeah, honestly, my gut instinct for this has been just a huge, big neon red sign saying, no, stop.

And I completely co-sign the way you phrased what you said before when you said it will always be alluring.
I actually think that's a great way to put it because even if you are in recovery from an eating disorder,
There is something in your mind and maybe this isn't for everybody.
Maybe somebody can fully recover and that's amazing.
But I know from personal experience, there is always that little thing in my brain that is saying, if you do X, maybe Y could happen.
