Maybe if you're listening today and you have someone going off, whether it's on a working holiday or on a Leaving Cert holiday, just remind them of those few points.

I suppose number one is a lost passport.

And hence why I'm saying get the passport card today.

apply online and get them now but then also there are medical emergencies normally they're very minor but it does just mean you need the health insurance you might have unfortunately broken an arm or a leg or things like that The European health insurance card is a really important thing to have as well isn't it?

Really important in Europe now it's not full insurance so I would just caution against people thinking that it's a panacea

But it does mean you can access hospitals exactly like you can in Ireland.

So that is really useful.

So I guess what I would say to people, as I say, you know, and to parents and others listening, just make sure you've done the common sense thinking before you go.

You go on holidays, you sit back and you relax.

You maybe don't use your brain in the same way.

So have the work done beforehand.

I think that's really important.

You were asking there about, you know, the kind of things people come to us for.

And I guess one thing I would really emphasise is alcohol and water don't mix.

And I don't mean a drink of water in between your alcoholic drinks.

But don't go near the pool.

Don't go near the lake.

Don't go to the sea.

If you've had those extra few drinks, just wait, wait till the next day when you can really enjoy yourself again by the pool.
