So I guess it's a combination of everything.
We have a very close working relationship with our consular directorates across Europe, but also across the world.
But then our own team in consular, in the Department of Foreign Affairs, and our embassies, who deal, of course, with people all throughout the year, but extra busy in the peak summer.
And it really is, you just bring it all together and try and have it in a quick way for people to look at.

travel wise and it has there a lot of detailed information about where you're going the local customs different things for different places and it's just quite useful to have that look at.

We're there for both practical advice and a shoulder to cry on or have to have that chat with.
And absolutely, that's the role of our embassies and the consular directorate at home.
Of course, there are a couple of things we can't do.
We can't provide legal advice and we can't provide medical advice because we're neither lawyers nor doctors.

And what I would say to people, look, it's obviously, you know, each family makes their own decision.
But within the Department of Foreign Affairs, we know so many people travel and we have interaction with very few.

They really do work together.
And it's brilliant to see that they do support and mind each other.
