What was he at there and how did he really get exposed as not having a clue about Ireland?
Yeah, Clare Byrne's point was he was coming over here lecturing us about Ireland, our politics and our history, and really he didn't have a bull's notion.
Anyway, memo to my worst enemies, a greeting from Nigel Farage would be the worst possible thing I can imagine getting for my birthday.
Enda Brady, Nigel Farage, he's also been speaking out in favour of anti-immigration marches here.
So he does see himself as somebody who can have influence over the Irish political landscape.
And perhaps he sees that he can maybe inspire a similar type of anti-immigration party to emerge here.

He kind of concedes, well, there will be a united Ireland at some point, but we're not at that stage yet.
So how likely is it ultimately that he will become the next Prime Minister of the UK?
I'm sorry, by next, I'm suggesting after an election, because God knows how long Keir Starmer will last in the Labour Party.
So there could be an internal change there.
But after the next general election, you're looking at the polls now and you're thinking, well, Nigel Farage, he's likely to be Prime Minister.
Do things tighten in the meantime?
Does he...
come under more scrutiny?
Does the public kind of have a second look at him?
Or do you just think British politics is gone so erratic at this stage that it can't happen and look at what's happening in the United States?
What's it mean for Ireland if Farage becomes Prime Minister?
Because, you know, relations are only just kind of returning to some form of normality under Starmer and Labour after the damage done during the Johnson-Brexit era.
Yeah, and finally then, the timing of the British electoral calendar will mean he'll be heading into the British general election at a time when Donald Trump will be heading out of the White House.
