Yeah.
And that's that's kind of what I was alluding to with Michael Strahan.
You know what I mean?
Like those guys are not going to love being pushed when they haven't been pushed probably their whole lives the way that they're about to be pushed.
But it works.
And like I said, like in it stacks downward from there.
You know, the top guys, it bleeds down to the guys below you that look up to you.
And, you know, John Harbaugh kept mentioning doing it the right way.
There was another phrase that he mentioned two or three times, which I really I took that to be the attention to detail stuff and having coming with everything with the right attitude, which was another thing that he said.
So that really is reshaping the culture around the building.
And it's something that's been sorely lacking here for a long time.
I thought it was interesting also that he talked about coaches being teachers first, which sounded like a Joe Judge line to me.
I was curious what you thought of that.
I think that is so important, dude.
Yeah, that's definitely something that stuck out to me.
I'm happy to hear that.
And I think that that's just a product of how the game has changed over time with the CBA, the way the contracts are structured now where your window to win is getting your premier players in on rookie contracts and therefore...
You know, your window to win, you know, against the cap and be the best team and beat the other really, really good teams is so much shorter.
