Whereas, you know, in the past, guys could get drafted and then all of them would sit their first year.
And, you know, that's not how things fly anymore.
Guys have to learn and learn quickly.
And, you know, college is not a place where you're being taught that college is a business, too.
You have to win there.
So, you know, there is no emphasis on teaching necessarily in college unless it's going to lead directly to wins right then and there.
So I think that that's a huge hurdle right now for NFL teams is catching up that way and getting guys taught as quickly as possible on all the little technique things that were, you know, slid under the rug at college level or just where guys' athleticism can overpower the need to be, like...
