It was like the slowest Band-Aid rip of all time to get out of the Giants way of collaborative process and everyone works together and we're a family, right?
Like the Dave Gettleman to Joe Shane process, it was a big deal.
You know, whatever you think of Joe Shane and the job that he's done,
It is a stark difference from what Dave Gettleman and Jerry Reese represented and very much this collaborative process and everything gets done together.
And we're a family kind of thing.
You know, I don't know.
To me, that's very, very outdated.
And now they're moving in a direction that is a lot more modern and, you know, like just structure, right?
Less family, more.
This is a business, man.
Like you don't run a business.
a butcher shop, you know, this is a big deal.
And I think that this is hopefully, and this is the positive spin, right?
Like if you want to change, if you want to bring this organization into compete with a modern NFL and the other 31 teams around here, you need to change.
And Joe Shane was the only, the start of that change.
