I don't know.
It's one of those two.
I think that he probably is able to motivate some people.
I'm just, again, the Giants in a certain situation when Tom Coughlin is retiring and you have a lot of pieces in place and you just need a new head coach or whatever, retiring, contract ending, you know what I mean?
That's a time where maybe you really heavily consider a guy like Darren Rizzi to come in here and just pick up what Tom Coughlin left behind and keep motivating guys and make the right hires and let it go.
Right now, where you have some roster pieces in place, you've got a GM in the hot seat, and you have to hire a completely new offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator.

And then really close together is there's a gap there.
And then really close together is Antonio Pierce, Lou Anarumo and Darren Rizzi.
So John Harbaugh, John Harbaugh, John Harbaugh, that's number one and number two for me.
But yeah, clear number one and then a gap.
And then I have very close together, but in order, Chris Shula, Quint Kubiak.
Then I have Kevin Stefanski.
Then I have Mike McCarthy.
And then I have the big gap before at the Vance Joseph.
