Because Pat Leonard is obviously on... He's on a... Trying to blaze a trail with this stuff.

I do think he makes a good point.

I understand why Ronnie Barnes is not actually being fired.

And he's keeping this... Basically this no-show job.

And when Tim McDonald gets moved around, he'll still be in the building and have his title.

I really hope this doesn't happen with anybody other than those two people.

Like, don't let him stay in a different type of role in the analytics, just moving him down like he did with Kevin Abrams.

Because, again, they will undermine you.
