For me, the four levels of compassion are, I call them the four Cs.
The first one is confirmation.
And if I were to use an example, let's say a basketball, you're a great basketball player, a basketball team.
So the first level of compassion is confirmation.
Atta boy, Aubrey, brilliant shot.
I love it.
Three pointer, we just needed it.
Great, great going.
So that's the first level of compassion is a confirmation at a boy.
The second one is cooperation.
You know, you're the guard or whatever, the kind of the forward or under the bus or whatever.
So we're playing different roles in the team.
So cooperating and fulfilling my function in the team is really important and allowing the other members to fulfill their function in the team.
The third one is compensation.
You know, there's interception.
You know, I was trying to throw you the ball and it got intercepted.
I know somebody else on our team rushes in and re-intercepts the ball.
So the third level is kind of compensation for the mistakes of other team members.
And the fourth one is confrontation.
Somebody is playing really, really selfishly.
