So I would say that's the neurological level of compassion.
The next level I think would be psychological.
There's an emotional reaction to watching somebody in pain.
You know, literally in my heart I can feel for somebody who's suffering.
That'll be the second.
The third one then for me would be the sociological level of it.
Okay, somebody's been diagnosed with cancer.
You know, I'm going to bring around meals for them during the week because they can't cook for themselves.
I'm going to take them to their doctor's appointments or whatever.
So at the sociological level of it.
And then there's kind of a spiritual level, and that is prayer, that I can beam laserized intentionality at somebody who's suffering, you know, and that this energetic exchange is actually benefiting them.
And the fifth level is mystical.
And that is that this is God's gig.
When I've done everything I can, neurologically, psychologically, sociologically, and spiritually, now I realize this is God's gig.
There's a reason that this person is experiencing what they're experiencing.
And every single one of us is meant to harvest every circumstance in our life and to harvest it to develop our particular mission.
So it's not that I back off and then abandon them, but I realize when I do everything I can do, I have to hand it over to God and say, your way and your time.
So for me, that was like the kind of the five by four matrix.
And bring their sandwiches along.
Yeah.
