And there's these great teachers throughout history who said, okay, try this, try love, try peace, try forgiveness, you know, try compassion, the Buddha, Mahatma Gandhi, or Jesus, turn the other cheek.
So there have been teachers who have come and showed there is another way, you know, but they're not going to force it on us.
They're going to say, here it is, you know, practice it and see if it works.
And it works.
When you practice it, it works.
If you don't practice, it ain't going to work.
Yeah.
And if you practice the alternative, you know, make war, you make more war.
Very important.
And it's important to realize that some people will talk about Jesus saying, you know, turn your cheek or don't resist evil.
But they're choosing particular statements.
Jesus is a master of paradox.
And by telling parables, he's showing the multifaceted realities in which we exist.
And so he was a great resistor himself.
He would call out the Pharisees, you blind hypocrites, you know, you'd travel over land and sea to make a single convert.
And when you convert them, you make them twice as fit for hell as you are yourself.
Blind Pharisees, you create laws and you lay them on people's shoulders and you won't lift a finger to help them yourself.
So he's really calling them.
Overturning the money changes tables, so he's able to confront, he knows when to confront.
And so that for me is like, that's the 20%.
