One thing I would like to just point out there, though, that he did talk about this, and I think we need to remember this.
If you are out there and you're feeling more sensitive than usual and you know yourself, therapy...
and or medication, you know, those things are there, they're important.
I know that they can be hard to access and I know that they'd be on some people's means, but there's so many different ways.
We've had a therapy episode where we talked about all the different things, including online resources.
So, you know, there is a difference between being able to work rationally through negative feedback or just feeling a bit blah and then it just overwhelming you.
