It's a it's a botanical garden, legitimately a botanical garden outside.

They've got all kinds of species of birds and everything that that that live in around there.

They've got a house that makes for just a beautiful, beautiful grounds.

And then you get inside and it's one of the iconic science.

Like STEM libraries, science, engineering, tech libraries with some stuff that dates all the way back to like ancient Greece, right?

And people come from all over the world to come and see some of the volumes.

Yeah, it's amazing.

Anyway, they've got the big talk coming Thursday.
