college basketball and college football than I have now because there's the soap opera and the through lines of who's going where and what the coaches hate it because they can't develop anybody but it's kind of interesting to see some players come through that never would have had a chance or never been seen and you know people abuse it too but

So, you know, and it probably would have evolved to this way, too.

They just would have been paying and it would have been smacked in the face right away, though, right?

Yeah.

It's such a weird thing.

But I always try to explain this to people who hate the whole idea of college kids being paid for all this stuff.

I go, well, they could be YouTubers playing video games and streaming video games and making millions of dollars.
