Well, I was at a party of his.
And I was with my friend, Tina Sinatra, and George.
George and I had split up, but we still were pals, and we'd sometimes go out together.
And Rod was sitting at the table, and that's kind of the first time I really met him or said hello to him.
And then the next day he had his gay assistant, Tony Toon, call me and say, you know, Rod would really like to take you out.
And I said, doesn't he know how to use the phones here in America?
Because, you know, generally guys call a woman and ask them out themselves.
So, you know, I wasn't going to go out with some guy who's having his assistant call me up.
