Well, this is actually a great message because what I've always taught throughout my spiritual teaching has been that we all have an inner guidance system, a sense of inner wisdom. Well, it's interesting. We ask for things consciously or unconsciously, right? So we might say, in my case, I said, I need a miracle. Sometimes we might be thinking, well, oh, God, this isn't really working out. There has to be a better way. These are unconscious or conscious prayers. And when we put those prayers out, they're always answered. And they're answered often in different unique ways.

And oftentimes it can come as a... inner sensation or an inner knowing or an inner dialogue or an inner voice or an experience of what God might be to you. And so it's our job then to listen, to listen, to take the action, to show up for what we've been receiving, to show up for the message. And these messages come to us because we've opened our hearts to receive them.

But it's those of us who are really in that devotional decision, that devotional desire to change that gives us the inspiration to get off of our knees and go to the meeting or get out of our house and seek the professional support that we need and to pick up the book or finally listen to that episode and whatever it might be that's going to actually put us on the track that we need to be on.

It's funny that you brought Oprah up because I was on her show on Super Soul Sunday when I was probably 31 or something like this. So this is like over a decade ago. And I'm on the show. And one of the questions she asked me is very much what you just asked. It's like, how do we know what we're hearing? And I said, well, we ask and then we listen and then we have to take action on what we receive.
