Because just like a party in the real world, in the physical realm, you're not going to open your door in Montecito and be like, hey, everybody, come on in, right? You'll be like, Oprah, you can come in. And Gabby, you can come in. And you're going to have a guest list, right? Your neighbors, right? Your friends. But you're not going to just open the door and let everybody flood through.

And so it's the same thing with guides. You don't want to just let all kinds of energy into your space. You just say, welcoming the guidance of the highest truth and compassion.

Or thank you, guidance of the highest truth and compassion for revealing to me what I need to know about whatever it is that we want to know. But the thank you is very important because it's affirming that we know and believe that that guidance is real and that it's present in our life.

And do you do the same for calling on your angels? Thank you, angels. And when you say thank you, guidance of the highest truth and compassion, I think you're calling on your angels, calling on your guides. But sometimes I'll talk directly to the angels. Like at night, my son and I go to sleep and we talk to the angels every single night. He has such faith because I've taught it to him.

And he pulls all of his angels in and we talk about the sparks of light and he sees them. And it's just incredible. I mean, it's the truth of who we are and we just turn it off. We just turn it off. What's the difference between guides and angels? Well, I think that guides often can have more of a personal connection to us or a guide can be maybe have a different energy as well.

And same with angels too, but you can feel the energy of the presence. So for instance, when Wayne Dyer comes to me, who's with me quite often, he's my late mentor and friend, Dr. Wayne Dyer. If he comes to me, it's really calm energy. I call on Wayne before I give a talk. because he was just such a masterful speaker. And I'll just call on his energy.
