So if you can live with it, if you can strengthen the knee and live with it, that's going to be better for you.

But it has put paid to my running situation.

So I do a lot of weights.

I've got an amazing new PT and the new PT.

That's an interesting story because I went to boarding school when I was 12.

I went to boarding school because my mother was busy requalifying.

So I went into a state boarding school, which is one of those weird hybrids that nobody ever knows about.

So it's a state school, but it has a boarding boarding house kind of attached to it.

Yeah.

Well, in fact, they probably they actually had quite a big boarding department down in Kent.

Right.

So off I went and it was like I'd died and gone to heaven because there was a lot of sports, a lot of drama, a lot of music.

Just threw yourself into all the extracurricular.

Yeah, exactly.

But I was in a dormitory of 12 girls at that point, two of whom, well, one died just after we left school.

She was killed in a car crash.

And then one we've lost touch with.

But the 10 of us have remained friends.

Since 1973.
