Anyway, very sadly, one of them died just before Christmas.

And I had the great good fortune to be... I was going down to see my brother and I popped in on her for the afternoon.

And as it turned out, this was literally just a week before she died.

We had an afternoon together where we...

Went through the group, talked about everyone, talked about their strengths, their weaknesses.

We had a really fabulous afternoon.

But one of the things that I did do is that her son has opened a gym in Putney because when his mum was taken ill, he thought, I want her to see me have my business.

He's in his early 30s.

And he thought, rather than buying a house, I'm going to get my business up and running so mum can see it.

So I said to her when he first did it, I said, don't you worry about Harry.

I'm going to go and use his gym in Putney.

Weirdly, he'd opened it in Putney.

So I went to use his gym.

And he is the most amazing trainer I've ever had, PT.

He's amazing.

He's so good.

And he's now got me on a whole new program.

So I do a lot of weights.
