I do a lot of mobility.
I do a lot of body weight stuff, which I mean, who knew that you don't actually need weight.
And he's obviously a younger guy.
What I love about that is that he's educated himself about what to do with a woman of your age.
It's not just all about kind of 25 year old Instagram fitness.
That's so smart because actually, you know, it's more likely you're going to be able to have more PT sessions when you're a little bit older.
His oldest client is a woman of 84.
One of my accounts that I follow on Instagram is a woman who is in her 70s now who only started weights in her 60s and she was quite overweight before she was an American woman.
I get served all her stuff because I've obviously looked at too many of her accounts.
