There's a pitch under the Westway.

And it was it was a slightly wet Saturday afternoon.

We were playing.

I can't remember the team that we were playing.

We were having a bad week because we couldn't get a team out.

We had eight players and there were four mothers with four daughters.

And we've got a picture of four mothers with four daughters.

Our back played up until she was 75.

She couldn't move much, but her timing, people would run towards her and think, right, I've got this.

She'd just stick her stick out and get the ball off them.

Avril, she was called.

She was amazing.

And the camaraderie, as well as the physical benefits of playing in a team sport, I think, is not to be underestimated because...

It could be quite lonely getting older and looking after grandchildren if you haven't got a community.

You know, you don't want to be just at home with the children and not with other adults.

But if we're talking specifically about this period of life, do you?

So I think you've got to be out there doing stuff, whatever it may be.
