Going back to abuse online and things that have been thrown at you, you have taken on some really tough subjects, some tough interview UEs who sat in front of you and talked.

have given you a hard time um and i know what it can be like when somebody throws something back at you that you weren't expecting how have you built the resilience to to deal with that professionally i'm not talking about people you don't know kind of in the twitter sphere but when somebody's sitting in front of you and they tell a blatant lie or they come back at you with a falsehood

When you're in that moment and your heart starts beating a bit faster or you feel a slight physical shift in your body because the person has just said something that's so outrageous or he or she has accused you of manipulating the truth.

Because modern journalism, especially television journalism, where you can see the whites of somebody's eyes.

We sit there night after night.

Does it feel, though, this current kind of political landscape that we're in over the last few years, it feels almost post-COVID, actually, that things have changed in the way that politicians and leaders and people that we trust

are delivering in a way that we've never seen before.

We don't know who to trust.

And yet we've got more visibility than ever before because of social media.
