First of all, that's a far leap. That's a procedure other than just chopping off your breasts. I do think going through the actual surgery, that's really far. That doesn't have to... occur early stage. Like, if someone's transgender, there's so much more than physically, like, chopping off your body parts. A lot of it is just self-expression.
