Chapter 3: What are the new membership tiers and their benefits?
Check. the community post right now. And you will see a password that will enable you to get access to the new merch. And now all of that merch will become available to everybody after 48 hours. So on Sunday, this will go live.
If there's any left. Right. Right. True. There probably will be. It might be. Most likely, but possibly not. There are limited quantities on this. As more people enter the hero tier, who knows what's left. Also, we are aware of some issue on iOS where it doesn't let you move up tiers. I asked YouTube about it. I'm waiting to hear back.
So I have a theory, if I may. If you become a member on desktop, I bet you can't change it on phone.
and vice versa because when you pay via the phone even on android you pay via google and you add like google pay and whatnot you don't do that on desktop so i bet you can't do vice versa so wherever you originally made the membership check there well that's an interesting thought okay also i don't recommend becoming a member on ios at all they just screw you yeah they do what do they add like 30 extra yeah that nobody sees but them so
Yeah, don't even do that. A Gallia update. I joined on this on desktop and I can't upgrade on desktop. So Google just my recommendation.
If you can't upgrade is to just cancel your membership and resubscribe at the new tier. Do they? Whatever this upgrade function is, is seems really buggy and it's it's not necessary. I think the main concern people have was losing their streak. You will not lose your streak if you cancel. It doesn't matter.

You don't lose the streak, people. So if you can't find the upgrade button, my recommendation, just cancel it altogether and resubscribe at the tier that you plan on resubscribing on. And just a reminder to anybody that was at the previous $10 and $20 tiers, those will be going away in a couple days. I was just leaving a grace period for people to sort out if they wanted to change tiers.
But we're going to delete those tiers in a few days, and that will just automatically kick you off.
