Now, all of that has disappeared. I've tried to contact the platform through multiple channels, but have received no response whatsoever. Reading online, I found that many other investors are facing the same issue, some as far back as 2022. It appears the company is now insolvent. In addition to withholding dividends, they're not refunding invested capital.
