uh a response because you've never dealt with that but um in 2019 my father passed away and i was really hard listening to your show and you know obviously i was listening to the older stuff and i wasn't caught up yet but you know your personal excellence is the ultimate rebellion and aggressive patience and all those all those factors is what kept my mind from from losing reality losing grip with reality you know it's a little hard to talk about

But when my dad died, I started kind of losing it.
