As a reporter, NBC pointed out, targeting civilian infrastructure is a war crime.
And how do you square that with the administration repeatedly saying that the US does not target civilians?
It should be noted that Iran has said that it is not negotiating directly with the United States.

What is largely missing from this discussion is that Israel has been doing this stuff already.
