But it's the reason why probably if I was to put money anywhere into wine, the UK, because of what's happening with climate change, is probably the next big place for Pinot Noir.
A couple of days before I met Ollie, I got interested in wine.
Later than most, I think, I was about 25 when I first, I used to hate wine when I was a teenager, but about 25-ish, I got given a glass of, I realised I'd just not had the right, because I think you just think red and white wine just tastes like red or white.
So I got given a really nice glass and I just thought, oh, wow, that's a new world.
And then I wanted to know why.
Why is that better than anything?
And then during lockdown, I had one of those lockdowns where I was coming up with a million ideas and started a wine company.
