I don't want to make this podcast just about wine, but the pairing of, because good places like Spain and Italy is that they will never, ever just give you a glass of wine.

It's always with food.

It should always be, because it enhances the flavour.

Totally, they complement each other beautifully.

Yeah, so learning to pair wine and food is a really, that's a really hard thing to do.

Have you both traveled together?

I think it's the link with why I love wine, because I love music so much.

So if you speak to, if we had an artist here, we would be sat talking about music because we're obsessed with it.

You know, we live and breathe it.

And it's, you know, it's all we want to do all the time.

It's our passion.

If people didn't pay us for it, we'd still do it.

You know, it's one of those things.

Wine's the same.

Anyone who's in the wine industry, they're there because they love it.

Like theatre.

I mean, you go around theatre, you know every person on that stage, they're there because they love it so much.

And that's what has attracted me to it.

Yeah, we had a couple of sort of advisory, like, if I'm going to do this, what?

So there's a bit of that.
