You're focusing on the playoff.

That's the be-all and end-all.

And so I'm looking at it and thinking, well, what was the panic that he was going to leave?

He's going to leave when we're on the verge of getting to the World Cup with Ireland.

And he's going to leave on the verge of having a home championship.

If he's going to leave, then let him leave.
