I know some of the better teams in Europe probably will expose
yesterday in terms of that inability to attack the teams consistently you know that they'll have long periods like the better teams in Champions League will have long periods of having the ball and it will ask questions of Arsenal then but I still think Arteta should just remind his team and where they actually are in the Premier League that they've got such a healthy lead at the moment and you do look at City and think they just can't consistently they drop too many points and that's probably why Arsenal have got enough of a lead at the moment but in head-to-head's
as Damo just said there, City flexed their muscles and just said like, listen, we're serial winners.
You guys are not.
That was what City accused Arsenal of the last season, wasn't it?
At the Etihad where, I'm not sure who came out and said it, but one of the City players said, we could tell, they just came in for the draw.
You know, they only want the draw where City go to places to win.
it has gone too far because ultimately they found a way to expose the opposition.
And ultimately me and Daniel said this for, for so long, like there's a generation of defenders who can't, who can't defend corners into the box, crosses into the box and,
And I think I've got a lot of Arsenal fans who are season ticket holders who go over there and they're desperate to win this title and the Champions League.
But even they say, we're a hard watch.
We are a hard watch like that.
So I get it.
And Damo will come in with this, I know that.
The frustration attached to that is that it's not as if they only have those type of players.
They have unbelievably good creative players.
But it just feels to me, and I said it to you, Joe, at the beginning of the season when everyone was saying Liverpool are going to walk it.
I said, no, I think Arsenal will win the league.
But my big worry was that Arteta would have too much control on his team, that he just wants to manage every little scenario where it's not a case of him ever saying, go out there and express yourself.
Now, it's the complete opposite side of the spectrum from Wenger in terms of, you know, all the bleating used to come from Wenger in terms of long throws.
