They give it extra weight.
You know, you and I talked before we went on air and you talked about Galentine's.
Yeah, Valentine's Day.
My girlfriend just went on one.
And so it's all her girlfriends, all her friends who are women do.
They did like a crafting night.
And some of them have a lot of them have significant others, but some of them don't.
And it's a night to kind of like celebrate their friendships so that on Valentine's Day, you know, if you're the one home alone, you know.
you don't have to feel like you're so abandoned because you guys did this lovely Galentine's day.
Traditionally it's on Valentine's day, but I guess with my girlfriend's group of friends, some of them have partners.
So they did it before, but it's a lovely kind of like counter to Valentine's day to show that you have community and you're supported and it's okay to be single and it's okay not to fit into these, these narrow narratives and scripts on that day.
So I had never heard of that.
And I, I am so grateful that you introduced me to the term.
I think it's brilliant.
Yeah.
I think it's brilliant because people can own where they are versus where someone else tells them they should be.
Right?
And that is the secret to mental health.
Owning where you are versus where you think you should be.
Owning where you are.
