So you went out and went, go, look, we're going to try build this, but can we interview you first?

believe to be able to help fix your problems essentially so you establish social proof going look we're one of you here's what we're doing so i'm trying to give people that are listening i want them to be able to listen to this and go okay i'm have this idea for this but this is how i'm going to get like to talk to 50 or 100 people yeah because that's how you should be doing it so you establish social proof going look we're like you blah blah blah blah here's what we're trying to do and then have a very specific ask going can we shadow you to watch your systems
Who are you trying to build this for?
Because I'd imagine the rejection is so big, whereas when you're like, industry experts have just backed this.
Like, I thought it was really interesting.
James Smith and Chris Williamson have just announced their 6 million raise on 60 million.
And most of their investors are other creators.
of course they're in the business I found that so interesting I was like because I would have put money in I would have went yeah all in their distribution is astronomical and I thought the 60 million valuation was low like I looked at it I went
60 million, that feels low.
And they've raised six of 60.
And I see people have gone in, Cody Sanchez, Dan Martell, Olly Marchand, all people who are excellent creators.
Because exactly what you just did, they saw straight away the value of the distribution.
The salons saw exactly the value in what you were going to build.
Have you raised money since?
Um, I think if I saw 750 K coming in from your first customers, I think I'd be a very keen angel at that stage.
That's like the red hot signal from the market.
