So is that what people were using?
They care about keeping you on their platform.
They keep them happy with Glenn.
So barbers and beauty salons were having to use that as their booking engine regard because there was just nothing better.
So how did you and Glenn go from having an accidental conversation in a doorway to then starting this?
Because it seems a very straightforward idea, but an extremely complex thing to build.
You were doing market research, were you?
When you said Profile 173, were you going... Deep market research.
The business intelligence nerd in you is like, oh, here we go, baby.
What were you saying to them?
Were you kind of going... So I'm obviously all about experiments.
So were you experimenting going...
we're going to figure out what this product is, but you're going to tell us what it is before we sell it to you.
So you're going to tell us what the product is and we're going to sell it back to you.
Why did they care that you were doing that?
Why were they going, oh, no bother, come in and ask me 100 questions?
