Dealing with crime at the tail end of it when you're putting people in custody is huge.
You've got trials.
You've got everything.
Prevention of crime is fiscally the best way to deal with crime.
Not only fiscally, less victims...
better society, you prevent crime.
It's not about the state elections, whether it's Victoria, New South Wales, or any state in the country.
Invariably, it whips up about a law and order issue, and we're going to get more police, we're going to get tougher legislation, we're going to do this, going to do that.
