The schedule is not going to get you there.
That's the important thing.
A schedule has windows of opportunities in which you can focus on certain areas within your own game to ensure you're prepared at the end of the week.
So having a plan was massively important.
And what became even more important than the plan itself was what was in the plan.
So deciding on what to focus on.
Some players just didn't know how to do it.
No one had ever
Discuss that with them or show them how to do it.
So you get players in the initial sense would have a lot of detail in the plan and would never be able to get to it in the week.
And then they were flipping from one thing to the next.
So helping them to focus.
If a player is confident, he will know what to focus on, right?
If a player lacks confidence, he'll spin plates.
So he'll go after everything and hopefully he'd work as hard as anyone else, but he won't progress.
as well as the guys who are more focused and clear, this is what's gonna make my performance impactful, if that makes sense.
So getting the plan right and then getting clarity around where they focus.
And then outside of that, from a mindset perspective.
So I think some of the technical elements were easier.
So I was describing skill as a behavior.
