And what Andy expects of the group, I think he needs to expect that of himself as well.
So he's open about that because he knows that that's an experience that he has had in his career.
So he's not trying to avoid that.
I think if you're in an environment where you're worried that you're going to break something by saying something, well, then the environment is wrong.
You've got to trust the players.
You've got to be open with them.
Andy is very open with the players.
Very, very open and very clear with them.
And if he sees something, he'll say it.
If he feels something, if he smells something, he'll say it.
He'll be very open.
I think the players have become comfortable
in those elements of discomfort, that makes sense.
Because they almost expect that if something is out of place, that somebody will raise it.
That we don't hide things, that we need things to be open.
And when things are open, we can figure them out together.
But when we're not aware of them, we can't address them.
So going back to the individual player,
We talk a lot about avoidance and acceptance.
Accept it.
