And the style of breath work is holotropic.
So it's an intense somatic breath.
And it causes the body to release.

So we live experiences in life.
And what happens on the back of those experiences, we feel them.
That feeling is energy.
Where does that energy go?
It's called the body keeps score, and the body holds onto that energy, positive and negative.
See, we've got the memory, but connected to the experience or the memory is the feeling.
The feeling is energy, and the body actually holds onto that energy.
So...
This causes negative experiences with negative energy attached to it that the body's holding onto.
This causes us to drag our feet, anxiety, depression, all the mental health diagnosis, addiction, all the list goes on.
And so this breath work is designed to release the negative energy out the body.
Also, a combination of breath holds.
Through the breath holds, we activate DMT, diamethyltryptamine, that we have in the chemical we have in the body.
