It happens for us.
And when I woke up to that, I was like, okay, well, this is all meant to be.
Yeah.
I'm only, I'm only getting what I put out.
And so, yeah, I thought, well, enough being a bad guy.
Let's, let's start being a good guy.
It's all about owning your shit, isn't it?
Yeah.
I think that's a big part of what we're in the healing, we would say in the healing space, you know, and a big part of it is taking accountability, owning your shit, having a hard, long look in.
Yeah.
You know, addressing shame and guilt.
But then on the back of shame and guilt is forgiveness.
You know, no one wants to walk around with their head down for the rest of their life because of the things they've done wrong.
So, you know, you need to find love in your heart for yourself, which is very important, and forgive yourself.
And then from there, you know, you can only go up.
Yeah, I mean, I've forgiven people for things they've done to me, and that's important.
It's not like I had to ring them and say, I forgive you, because let's be honest, if we can find forgiveness for people that have done wrong to us, it's not always because they deserve it.
But forgiving them for my peace is a no-brainer, and then obviously more important than that is forgiving self.
We have to find love, because forgiveness is love, and we have to find love for self and
before we find love for anybody else, I think.
