Because what's the one thing we do when we're having a cup of tea?
We generally chat and have a talk, and that's so important.
So I've committed a lot of sins in life, but I'll never commit the sin of refusing a cup of tea or coffee or whatever it might be.
My downfall with that is I might have to eat something sweet with it, but that's one of my downfalls.
We're actually going to walk in a farmhouse, I've a bit of land leased here.
There's quite often a cup of tea or coffee in there.
We can relax for a few minutes and there'll be a peace and quiet in there as well.
I think people should just stop, take a breath, step back, work it out.
The first step you'll take will be the hardest step you'll ever do, but also the best one.
Most of our customers are with us so long now and I don't feel it's right to put the full amount onto the customer.
Whether that's going to your GP, talking to a member of your family or to a friend, but talk to somebody.
Probably one way of describing being with mental health problems
is going through a long, dark, narrow, twisty tunnel.
It's not impossible to get through that tunnel, but there is times you'll get tired and you need someone to give you a bit of a push on.
There's more times it'll be very, very steep and you'll need someone shorter to put your hand on.
Maybe we're just lucky that we'd be able to work it out between us, but you can't, it just seems a bit unfair to me as a person just to pass everything straight on to the next person.
But if you can keep going, there is a light at the end of that tunnel and that light will get brighter and brighter.
You're all right, don't worry, yeah, yeah.
