I ended up doing that one.

And I think even before that, there was a lot of orthopedic literature on implants and chlorhexidine irrigations of some sort.

We're dealing with an infection as opposed to...
Prophylaxis for an infection.
But in my four days patients, we put chlorhexidine, we just spike it into chlorhexidine soap.
We spike into like a three liter bag and then use a low pressure irrigator.
Not one of the high pressure ones like the ones that can debride, but just a low pressure like agitator.
I'll wash all the fornia in those when they come back for their reconstruction enclosures.
You know, I've never done it in a comparative way.
