Or they weren't mad, but they were.
You almost have been relieved when you came back safely.
Well, that's the crazy part of life.
As you do get older, you see that there is a huge level of luck there.
That as a young person, maybe for Darwinian reasons, you don't really want to believe in luck.
I remember one time being up in Wisconsin with my cousin.
And there was a cliff and this river down below.
And I'm like, oh, we should jump in.
And again, this sort of macho thing.
And he's like, we don't know how deep that water is.
I'm like, oh, I'm sure it's fine.
And so he said, that's really stupid.
And so we start walking out of the car and I turned around and I sprinted and went off the cliff.
I mean, luckily, it was deep enough to, you know, but I mean, that was the kind of... That's that same kid who's like, I will fight all four of you chicken stealers.
