And then so if you're angry, then I think the idea would be to think about, well, one, controlling it.
I mean, that's okay.
It's okay to control your anger.
And then also to think about the source of it and so on, all those kind of things we all do.
That could be construed as ultimately a form of kindness because you're dealing with what is truth.
You know, I had a young woman come up at this event, and she said โ
I'm, I can't write because I'm so anxious.
And she was so, so sweet and so heartfelt about it.
And you can see she was really struggling.
And I thought, well, okay.
And I said, well, what if you, if you said.
If I wasn't so anxious, I couldn't write.
That's what I said.
That's what I said.
I said, actually your anxiety, let's just not call it that.
Let's turn a little bit and call it beautiful high standards.
Can you think of it that way?
You know, and she'll go, oh, maybe.
I say, yeah, because you're anxious because you love this form so much you don't want to mess it up.
That's good, you know?
