probably like a feeling of like just not being enough, you know?
Yeah, I love that because just when you're saying all that,
Like so when I came out of being sick, I was.
I had OK, so I obviously went on a health journey, so I became like the fittest version of myself, the healthiest version of myself.
And with that came confidence because I loved myself, because I was putting time into myself.
And as you go back to normal, in inverted commas, I never did.
But, you know, as I'm nine years out now, I'm not as fit as I was then.
you know, six years ago.
I'm not as healthy as I was six years ago or what I tell my, these are the stories I'm telling myself.
And so being overly critical of myself over the last year
has chipped away at that self-love and that confidence that I'd built up in those years.
You know, you're not as fit as you used to be.
You're not as fast as you used to be.
That's not inspiring anymore.
Because I always think like, you know, for any big event,
And like, you know, for anyone getting married this this summer and or has something on.
And, you know, we always look at the physical, don't we, to prepare for something.
Oh, Jesus, my legs have to look perfect or my hair has to be perfect or and it just goes on and on and on and on.
But actually, what would two weeks of meditation do for you?
