You look like you're soft sort of thing.

And then I go, I'm going to prove you wrong.

And I would tell no one.

Now, if you don't follow up, the art of a conversation, the giving and receiving feedback is so critical from a coaching point of view.

And Dima's all over this.

So this is not a criticism of Dima, but to berate someone or to put it on someone in front of others is a no-go zone anymore.

And you wish it was different.

You wish it was like, you know, this stays in the room, but what the hell was that type of conversation?
