I think that that's why coaches last longer.

I've said this discussion before because the connection piece takes time.

You can't come up, coach a team and within two years have the relationships where you can go hard at a player.

One-on-one's different too, Gerard.

You get them in an office like this and you go, right, I've got to tell you this and you need to take it the right way and I need to deliver it the right way and then away you go.

But in front of the group, that's probably what's changed the most.
