You're hiring a system, and that system has to be taught by other coaches that have worked within that system would be the perfect situation.
That's why the Todd Munkin thing coming here would have been perfect for John Harbaugh.
He wouldn't have to worry about it.
He would know what the offense is like.
He's had a coach that he's worked with before.
Same thing I can say about Greg Roman.

He worked with him as well.
So he knows him.
And you can say whatever you want.
Greg Roman has had a lot of success in this league as an offensive coordinator.
Had to actually completely change an offense so Colin Kaepernick can actually become a success.
