It just looks like a collection of pieces out there that doesn't fit, at least from where I'm sitting.

When Juan Soto is out and the offense is struggling, the things that you need are great defense,

Great starting pitching, great pitching, and obviously guys like Francisco Lindor and Bo Bichette and the other guys in the lineup to step up in a big way.

You didn't have a discussion at all about what the outfield would look like if Juan Soto went down.

Brett Beatty out in right field was really the best you could do.
