But for him, for Dante Moore specifically, I think another –

hopefully 12, 13 games is only going to make him even more of an exciting player and a hope for a team next year when the draft comes around again.

He did not do this because the Jets have the second overall pick.

I don't believe he did it for that reason.

Who knows?

Maybe the Jets take Carson Beck or somebody like that, a second- or a third-round pick or something of that nature, somebody maybe that they really like.

I'm not saying that that would be true of your franchise, but they do have to get a younger player in here.

And maybe as a stopgap, I don't know.

I don't know if you think he's at the end of his run now in the NFL or not.

But it's very interesting, the Kirk Cousins situation with the Atlanta Falcons.

Most likely, they're going to have to release him and put a June 1st designation on him to spread out some of the salary cap money that the Atlanta Falcons will be hit with.

I thought that they would keep him and they would bring him back, but his contract is such that I don't think that they're going to want to guarantee the amount of money that they have to on the third league day in March.

So I would think he's going to be cut loose and he may be a free agent.

Tanner Engstrom is running Ben Johnson's offense, and having somebody like Kirk in the huddle could actually stabilize some things in the short-term period.

I mean, it's not winning the Super Bowl.

But it is somebody that is a stopgap.
